I am looking for a wheelchair/standing scale that is mobile and can be taken easily from one patient room to another.
I work in a small rural hospital and we are currently using a wheelchair scale to weigh even ambulatory patients. The wheelchair scale is old, awkward, and very heavy. My nurse executive has given me the task of finding a scale that is easily portable, light and can still help some patients who are unsteady on their feet. Any quotes and suggestions would be helpful.
