Bulk Weighing System Sample Leads

We use 500-1500 lbs of sugar per day. We need to weight 20-100 lb units for each batch. We are looking for a simple dispensing system. We would like to be able to put 10 or so bags (50 lb each) into a hopper and have a valve at the bottom that would release the sugar to flow into a container on a scale. We can build this, however we are asking to see if such a device is on the market, or something similar to perform this task.
